Our client is a well-established, professional accountancy firm based in North London, and they’re seeking a highly experienced Audit Senior to join their practice and lead audit engagements across a varied and growing client base.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll report directly to the Audit Partner and take ownership of audit engagements from planning to completion. You\’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality audits and working closely with clients across a variety of sectors. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced Audit Senior looking to take the next step in a collaborative and professional environment.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
  • Confident in leading audits for SMEs and mid-sized clients
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Based within commuting distance of North London

What will your role look like?

  • Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Supervise and review work by junior team members, providing on-the-job coaching and feedback
  • Liaise directly with clients – building trusted relationships with business owners and finance teams
  • Ensure audit files are completed to a high standard
  • Work closely with the Audit Partner to deliver high-quality audits and maintain strong professional standards across all engagements
