About The Role
The Growth Marketer role is key for the Marketing department. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and CRO, you will be responsible for generating more leads, generating meetings to help the new business team and developing our database. It requires autonomy, curiosity, test and learn mindset, adaptability to support other departments and to interact with different audiences.
What You Will Do
- Manage the implementation and optimisation of acquisition strategies, including paid campaigns, email marketing, and automation
- Create, run and manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta ads, Retargeting, etc.)
- Help test new acquisition channels and Growth Hacking techniques to enhance lead generation
- Work with the team to improve website performance, including landing page optimisation
- Monitoring and reporting on key marketing KPIs to track campaign performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead funnel in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Enhance and keep update our CRM
- Stay curious and up to date with new marketing trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team
You are a great match if
- You have 5 years of experience in digital marketing (Internship counts)
- You’re excited to drive acquisition and gain hands on experience in a fast growing company
- You have knowledge in paid acquisition, SEO, or marketing automation or a strong interest in learning
- You’re comfortable using marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads LinkedIn Ads, Growth marketing tools (Lemlist, LGM, Clay…), etc.)
- You know how to write cold emails without burning your contact list and when to send them to improve your performances
- You are fluent in English (French, Spanish or Italian is a plus)
- You are using AI everyday (chatGPT, Gemini, Claude and more) to achieve your goals
- Copywriting: you know to adapt your content according to a persona
- You’re curious, analytical, and eager to develop expertise in growth marketing
- You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- You have a startup mindset, a can do attitude and love to try and try again to obtain results
