We are seeking a motivated CAD Engineer to join our team in Cheam. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer or recent graduate looking to start or develop their career in a supportive, dynamic environment within the building services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for mechanical and public health systems.
- Support the design and coordination of building services projects.
- Assist with the preparation of schematics, layouts, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to incorporate design changes and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Gain exposure to Revit for BIM modelling and coordination.
- Some practical experience with AutoCAD.
- Ideally, some basic exposure to Revit or willingness to learn quickly.
- Degree, HNC / HND, or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, CAD, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – strong communication skills are essential for team collaboration and documentation.
- Attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Right to work in the UK.
