Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the breakfast service to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a strong and engaging presence on the floor to ensure smooth flow of service
- Supervise, train, and motivate the breakfast team to uphold brand standards
- Anticipate guest needs, manage requests professionally, and build rapport with regulars
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service
- Oversee opening procedures, morning checklists, and service readiness
- Monitor stock levels of breakfast items and communicate needs with management
- Uphold health & safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and company policies
- Support guest relations and handle service recovery where necessary
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a premium or high‑volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, proactive, and efficient during busy service periods
