We are now seeking a talented and driven Assistant Bar Manager to support the leadership of our bar team and help deliver a best‑in‑class drinks programme in one of London's most prestigious settings.
As Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the bar, working closely with the Bar Manager to ensure consistency, quality, and an exceptional guest experience at all times. The Assistant Bar Manager will support the delivery of a refined cocktail, wine, and aperitivo offering, reflecting the spirit of coastal Italy while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. Responsibilities
- Support the Bar Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the bar
- Lead service from the front, ensuring a seamless and engaging guest experience
- Assist in the development and execution of the drinks programme

- Maintain strong product knowledge across cocktails, wines and spirits

Qualifications
