We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Head Waiter/ess to join our opening team and help bring the character and charm of Italian dining culture to life at Sale e Pepe Mare. You will deliver refined service with personality and warmth while ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
The Head Waiter/ess is a key member of the front-of-house team and will ensure the smooth and elegant delivery of service throughout the restaurant. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ess or Senior Waiter/ess in a premium, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and Mediterranean cuisine; seafood experience ideal
- Impeccable attention to detail, standards, and guest care
- A genuine passion for hospitality and engaging with guests
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude
- Full ownership and accountability in your role and section
- Ability to uphold and champion service standards
- Drive and ambition to develop within a leading hospitality group
- Proof of right to work / pre-settled or settled status in the UK
