The Role

As a Pastry Commis, you will support the pastry kitchen in delivering beautifully crafted desserts, pastries, and baked goods to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring pastry chef to develop their skills within a professional and ambitious kitchen environment. Working alongside experienced pastry chefs, the Pastry Commis will gain exposure to all aspects of pastry production, service, and presentation while building a strong foundation for future career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support mise en place and service preparation
