We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our pastry team. About the Role

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will prepare, execute, and present desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods to the highest standard. Working closely with the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef, you will support smooth daily operations, maintain consistency, and contribute creatively to the pastry offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present desserts, pastries, breads, and plated sweets
  • Maintain high standards of mise en place, hygiene, and food safety
  • Follow recipes and plating standards with precision and consistency
  • Work closely with the pastry and wider kitchen team during service
  • Support seasonal menu development and new dessert ideas
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

  • Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant or hotel
  • Strong pastry, baking, and dessert preparation skills
