We are seeking an outstanding Head Bartender to join our team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong mixology skills, polished service standards, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
About the RoleAs Head Bartender, you will help lead the bar operation across all services, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth day-to-day running. Working closely with the Bar Manager and front-of-house team, you will support the team, maintain high bar standards, and deliver a sophisticated and engaging guest experience.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a premium, fast‑paced hospitality environment
- Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
- Warm, confident, and professional guest service
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to uphold service, cleanliness, and bar standards
