We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our opening team and play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing operations of this exciting new restaurant. About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience reflective of both The Langham’s heritage and Sale e Pepe’s iconic reputation. You will help lead, train, and motivate the team, uphold service standards, and contribute to achieving financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
