Chef de Partie – Pasta & Cold Section – Sale e Pepe Mare at The Langham, London, bringing the iconic legacy of Sale e Pepe together with the elegance of one of London’s most prestigious hotels. The restaurant will celebrate coastal Italian cuisine, exceptional seafood, fresh pasta, and the spirit of la dolce vita. We are looking for talented Chefs de Partie to join our opening team, with roles available across the pasta section and cold section.
About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring consistent quality, smooth service, and high standards of preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the Sous Chefs and wider brigade in a fast-paced, premium restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes in line with the restaurant’s coastal Italian concept
- Run your assigned section confidently during service
- Work across pasta or cold section, depending on experience
- Maintain high standards of mise en place, food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Support stock control, portioning, and waste reduction
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong skills in pasta, Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, or cold section preparation
- Confidence working independently on a busy section
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and good communication skills
- Proof of right to work / settled or pre-settled status in the UK
