Head Host - Sale e Pepe La Terrazza Join the team at one of Knightsbridge's most stylish summer destinations. Thesleff Group is looking for a warm, confident and organised Head Host to lead the reception team at Sale e Pepe La Terrazza, our vibrant outdoor dining terrace at Sale e Pepe Mare. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Head Host plays a key role in creating an exceptional first impression while leading the host team, managing reservations and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless arrival experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their hospitality career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group. Once the La Terrazza summer season comes to an end, the Head Host role will transfer into Sale e Pepe Mare, offering continued employment through the colder months. What we're looking for As our Head Host, you will: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive. Lead and support the host team throughout service, ensuring consistently high standards. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximise table flow. Coordinate closely with restaurant managers and the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest enquiries in person and over the phone with confidence and care. Maintain exceptional standards of presentation at the reception area. Assist with opening and closing duties. Support the training and development of new hosts. Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining attention to detail. Bring energy, reliability and a positive attitude to every shift. Previous experience as a Head Host, Senior Host or Host/Hostess within a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality environment is essential.
