Sale e Pepe Mare is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to take ownership of our bar operation, including our outdoor concept, La Terrazza. Located at The Langham Hotel, Sale e Pepe Mare brings the spirit of the Italian coast to the heart of London, combining exceptional seafood, warm Italian hospitality and a sophisticated drinks offering. During the warmer months, La Terrazza extends that experience outdoors with a more relaxed, vibrant atmosphere.

We are looking for a Bar Manager who understands that a great bar is about much more than making great drinks. You will be responsible for the complete operation: your team, standards, service, stock, GP, training and, importantly, creating an atmosphere that guests want to return to.
