At the end of the summer season, the successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will transition into Sale e Pepe Mare, continuing their journey within the restaurant as we move indoors for the autumn and winter months. You will lead by example on the floor, inspire your team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences whilst maintaining the highest standards of service. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment and enjoys developing people whilst driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant. Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve any guest concerns professionally. Maintain the highest standards of food, beverage and service. Assist with team training, coaching and performance management. Help manage rotas, labour costs and operational efficiencies. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and food safety standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider management teams. Support the achievement of financial and commercial targets. About You We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who brings genuine passion for hospitality together with strong leadership skills. You will ideally have: Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or an experienced Restaurant Supervisor ready for the next step. Experience within premium restaurants, luxury hotels or high-end hospitality. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A calm, positive approach under pressure. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. A hands-on management style with the ability to motivate and develop others.
