We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager in Training to join the team in the stunning coastal town of Salcombe, Devon! At Rockfish, we’re passionate about exceptional dining and sustainability. About the Role
- Support the Managers in the supervision of the restaurant day to day
- Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Mentor and support the team in their training and career development
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
- Supervise the serving of alcohol
