The role is for a Spa Receptionist, with 2-4 days a week available. Shift times are: 6:45am-2:15pm or 2pm-9pm.
As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include:
- Welcoming guests and members to the spa
- Making spa bookings
- Upselling treatments and spa products
- Show rounds
- Cashing up
- General day-to-day spa reception duties
You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
