We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and members to the spa.
- Process spa bookings and manage reservations.
- Upsell treatments and spa products.
- Conduct show‑rounds for guests.
- Handle cash transactions and close out daily receipts.
- Perform general day‑to‑day reception duties including spa cleaning.
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for service excellence.
- Knowledge of spa reservation systems is a distinct advantage, but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Eligibility to work in the UK or holding a valid UK work permit/visa.
- Transport to the spa is essential for this role.
