The role…We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professional Bar Manager to join the team. As Bar Manager you will already have experience of supervising staff, an excellent knowledge of wines and cocktails and be able to use this to train and develop the team. You will lead by example and bring a real flair and passion to achieve service excellence in the department.
