We are looking for a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their stay, delivering a calm, professional welcome and ensuring every interaction reflects our coastal luxury ethos. - Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and seamlessly

- Adhere to health & safety and company policies
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (luxury or boutique environments preferred)

- Strong communication and organisational skills
