We are looking for a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their stay, delivering a calm, professional welcome and ensuring every interaction reflects our coastal luxury ethos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a refined hospitality environment and takes pride in providing intuitive, personalised service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a calm presence
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and seamlessly
  • Respond to guest enquiries and requests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and discreet manner
  • Share local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
  • Manage reservations, emails, and telephone enquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures with housekeeping to ensure apartment readiness
  • Support daily reception administration and reporting

About You
