About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Lettings Assistant to join our in‑house team and to support the successful launch and ongoing lettings of a large portfolio of our modern city centre apartments.
You’ll coordinate tenancy administration, referencing, and move‑in documentation, maintain compliance records, and update management systems, while also assisting with viewings and enquiries where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tenancy administration, ensuring all documentation is issued correctly.
- Manage referencing and tenant applications through referencing software.
- Draft and send tenancy agreements.
- Record and track deposits, rents, and move in funds.
- Update CRM and property management systems.
- Support the Lettings Negotiator with enquiries, viewings, and applicant qualification as required.
- Prepare welcome packs and move‑in documentation for new tenants.
- Liaise with aftercare and on‑site maintenance team to ensure properties are ready for occupation.
- Support reporting activities such as weekly vacancy, enquiry, and performance updates.
About You
- Experience in lettings or property administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital signing platforms.
- Understanding of lettings compliance (training will be provided).
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
