Location: Salford Crescent (with occasional travel across Manchester and nationwide)
Reporting to: Aftercare Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, professional and proactive Aftercare Co-ordinator to join our team at Salford Crescent. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth aftercare experience for both homebuyers and tenants. Some travel to developments will be required, primarily within Manchester, with occasional overnight stays covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Snagging and Handover Support: Assist with snagging inspections at the point of development completion
- Issue Resolution: Manage post-completion snagging issues, liaising with homeowners and contractors to coordinate remedial works
- Aftercare Management: Respond to general aftercare queries across all schemes and developments
- Tenant Support: Work with lettings agents to ensure tenant needs within our rental portfolio are met
- Proven customer service experience with a client-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Confident IT user, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive and detail-oriented
- Experience in a customer-facing role; property sector experience is an advantage
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
