Your role in our mission is to work with employers to provide a financial wellbeing platform as an employee benefit, helping employees to understand their money better, get out of debt faster, and save for their future. We already have a reach of over 4,000,000 employees through our relationships with over 600 of the biggest companies in the UK. By improving employee financial wellbeing, we have a very real and meaningful impact on people’s lives. We remove the stress and worry associated with financial difficulties by dramatically reducing the interest rates employees pay on their personal debt and provide them with the tools needed to start saving sooner and be more financially secure.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll own a portfolio of accounts and obsess about their ongoing performance.
- You’ll act as the 'architect' for the account, strategising how and what we should be doing within those accounts to drive the companies/clients objectives.
- You’ll build and deliver excellent client relationships measured by Net Promoter Score.
- You’ll deliver 100% client retention and upsell additional products.
- You’ll maximise all opportunities to promote our services to the employees in our clients.
- You’ll support the Employee Communications Team in creating comprehensive, multi-channel communication strategies to drive long-term uptake of products within our client portfolio.
