We remove the stress and worry associated with financial difficulties by dramatically reducing the interest rates employees pay on their personal debt, and provide them with the tools needed to start saving sooner and be more financially secure. Your role in our mission: You will engage with prospective Salary Finance enterprise customers to uncover their goals and introduce our offering. Your goal is to provide Salary Finance’s sales leads with a healthy pipeline to exceed our ambitious growth targets. We have a vision for how employees can take control of their finances and as our product continues to evolve you’ll need to be able to articulate that.
What you’ll do:
- Prospect enterprise companies to feed the sales leads with a healthy pipeline.
- Initiate conversations, educate and excite potential clients through creative means of communication.
- Work with the other Sales Team members to win clients through screen share and face to face meetings.
- Use our CRM religiously to log data, track results and report regularly on your success.
- Work with the Sales Director and Sales Leads to create monthly and quarterly plans and to establish predictable results in uncovering and qualifying leads.
- Work closely with our marketing and partnerships teams to strategize on how to engage with our top target accounts.
