Job Description

Motion Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Animator

Mission

Create high-quality, engaging, and visually compelling motion graphics, illustrations, and animations that effectively communicate client narratives, brand identities, and complex ideas in a dynamic and visually striking way. Collaborate with the team to push creative boundaries, ensuring that Salamandra.uk remains at the forefront of the animation and design industry.

Outcomes (Key Deliverables & Success Metrics)

Creative Execution & Storytelling

  • Deliver at least 5+ high-quality motion graphic projects per quarter that align with client objectives and Salamandra.uk’s creative standards.
  • Ensure that all animations and illustrations maintain narrative clarity and audience engagement, measured through internal and client feedback.

Efficiency & Deadline Management

  • Consistently meet 100% of project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Optimize workflow to ensure an average of 20% efficiency improvement in production time within the first six months.

Technical Proficiency & Innovation

  • Master and apply advanced animation techniques using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, or similar tools.
  • Integrate new design and animation trends into projects, contributing to at least one innovation initiative per quarter that enhances visual storytelling.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work seamlessly with art director, designers, and producer to bring concepts to life.
  • Effectively incorporate feedback from internal reviews and clients, achieving a 90%+ approval rate on first revisions.
