Creative Execution & Storytelling

• Deliver at least 5+ high-quality motion graphic projects per quarter that align with client objectives and Salamandra.uk’s creative standards.
• Ensure that all animations and illustrations maintain narrative clarity and audience engagement, measured through internal and client feedback.

Efficiency & Deadline Management

• Consistently meet 100% of project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Optimize workflow to ensure an average of 20% efficiency improvement in production time within the first six months.

Technical Proficiency & Innovation

• Master and apply advanced animation techniques using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, or similar tools.
• Integrate new design and animation trends into projects, contributing to at least one innovation initiative per quarter that enhances visual storytelling.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work seamlessly with art director, designers, and producer to bring concepts to life.
• Effectively incorporate feedback from internal reviews and clients, achieving a 90%+ approval rate on first revisions.

Brand Alignment & Client Impact

• Ensure that all deliverables align with Salamandra.uk’s brand philosophy and client expectations.
• Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90%+ based on project feedback and retention metrics.

Technical Proficiency

✅ Proficiency in Creative Cloud with 3+ years and strong portfolio and showreel in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, (Blender a plus)

✅ Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, compositing, layout, video editing, photo editing, storyboarding, animatics, vector character design, and audio design

✅ Ability to create both 2D and mixed-media animations and an interest in 3D
