We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021. Today, we are a six store operation, expanding across London. At The Salad Project, our passion goes beyond the quality of our food. Role | FOH Supervisor
- 20 hours per week
- To work under our restaurant managers
- To lead one service a day
- To help manage our team members
- To implement & improve service processes
- To monitor & implement hygiene best practices
- To help maintain our 5* hygiene rating
