What You’ll Do

  • The Showroom Experience: Welcome clients, conduct deep-dive consultations, and confidently guide them through their entire design and sales journey.
  • Design & Specification: Create accurate, stunning bathroom schemes using CAD and 3D visualization tools, balancing aesthetics with client budgets.
  • Pipeline & Sales Mastery: Proactively manage your own pipeline, maximize order values, and protect profit margins without relying on passive chasing or deep discounting.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain immaculate CRM records to ensure seamless handovers to our operations team.

About You

  • You have a strong design sensibility and proven experience in a showroom, retail, or premium design-led sales environment.
  • You are highly proficient with CAD and design software.
  • You are commercially savvy, honest, and credible, with a natural ability to build trust with diverse clients.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills and disciplined CRM hygiene.
