Salacia is looking for a commercially minded and creative Showroom Sales & Design Consultant to own the retail sales journey and help drive the business through its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, this is a hands-on role with real influence – combining design capability, product knowledge and disciplined sales execution to convert enquiries into profitable retail sales. You'll manage your own pipeline from first enquiry to completed sale, building genuine confidence with clients while protecting margin throughout.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Full ownership of the sales journey, from initial consultation through to completed sale and clean handover
  • Work alongside our designer to produce a full 3D design package
  • Itemised quotations and specification packs, with disciplined, purposeful follow-up
  • Margin protection and conversion through structured process, not passive chasing
  • Consistent CRM discipline – working to a "not in the system, didn't happen" standard
