Opportunity

As a Field Service Engineer, you will independently support Sakura customers in technical areas such as installation, training, support, repair, service, and warranty primarily around central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective technical support to customers & internal stakeholders.
  • Manage, coordinate, monitor, repair and install Sakura equipment.
  • Keep abreast of and implement development, improvements and regulations for Sakura products.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Sakura equipment through regular technical training.
  • Handle complaints efficiently.
  • Achieve personal and team goals set at fiscal year start.
  • Report timely and adequately through CRM.
  • Ensure quality assurance.
  • Participate in various project teams.

Requirements

  • Secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with technical specialization.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Professional qualification for technical support, preferably in medical diagnostics instrumentation.
  • Computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid local driver’s licence.
  • Ideally living in Watford, as customer base is central London.
  • Good presentation & communication skills for training and advisory responsibilities.
  • Customer oriented, connect easily and make impact at all levels.
  • Self‑organized, structured and independent.
  • Pragmatic can‑do attitude.
