We’re on the lookout for someone super organised and passionate about hairdressing to help us co-ordinate and grow our training programme across the Saks salon network. If you love the hair and beauty industry and helping others learn, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Organising and co-ordinating training for salon teams of all levels
Planning and co-ordinating hands-on and virtual sessions, including creating training materials (manuals, handouts, video tutorials)
Working with educators to identify training needs and keep content fresh and relevant
Supporting new product and technique launches with tailored training
Reviewing and updating content regularly to reflect the latest trends and techniques
Keeping track of attendance, promoting upcoming sessions, and maintaining accurate records
Assessing effectiveness and preparing reports for management
What we’re looking for:
A background in hairdressing (you’ll need to know your way around a salon)
Experience in training or mentoring others
Great communication and people skills
Super organised with a love for planning and making things happen
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and digital tools
