- Confidence in cutting, colouring and styling – especially if you love working with balayage, transformations, and trend-led techniques.
- Good communicator – you know how to listen, consult, and build trust with your clients.
- Social media savvy – you love sharing your work and showing off what you do best.
- Team driven – you enjoy a supportive, ambitious team and you bring good energy to the salon floor.
- Hold minimum level 2 NVQ qualification.
