What we’re looking for
- Confidence in cutting, colouring, and styling – especially if you love working with balayage, transformations, and trend-led techniques.
- Good communicator – you know how to listen, consult, and build trust with your clients.
- Social media savvy – you love sharing your work and showing off what you do best.
- Team-driven – you enjoy a supportive, ambitious team and you bring good energy to the salon floor.
- At least 1 year of on-the-floor experience
- Hold minimum level 3 NVQ qualification.
Salary stated is full-time equivalent and will be paid pro rata as per hours worked.
