About the role

We're looking for a confident, experienced Beauty Therapist and Senior Beauty Therapist to join our established, premium salon in the heart of Newark. This role is ideal for someone who:

You'll be working with a loyal client base, high-quality brands, and advanced treatments, with genuine opportunity to earn strong commission on top of hourly pay.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality beauty and advanced, results-driven skin treatments
  • Provide outstanding customer experience and personalised consultations
  • Build strong client relationships, promote our services and encourage rebooking
  • Maintain excellent treatment room standards and hygiene
  • Confidently recommend appropriate treatments and retail where suitable
  • Work as part of a professional, friendly team and confidently work solo when required

Treatments you should be confident in

  • Facials (including advanced / results-driven facials)
  • Waxing (including intimate waxing preferred)
  • Brows & lashes (lifts & extensions)
  • Manicures & pedicures
  • Massage treatments

Experience with advanced skin treatments is a bonus.

About you

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a salon environment
  • Professional, reliable and confident with clients
  • Passionate about skin, beauty and client results
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • You are commercially aware, confident recommending suitable treatments and retail where appropriate, and understand the importance of client retention and rebooking.

This role would suit a committed therapist who is motivated, dependable and looking for a long-term position within a structure, professional and growing Saks salon.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
