Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front‑of-house staff including shift scheduling and daily duties.
- Ensure customers receive timely, polite, and high-quality service.
- Coordinate between kitchen and front‑of-house to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, complaints or special requests politely and effectively.
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas, ensuring high standards.
- Monitor stock of front‑of-house items (napkins, condiments, packaging for takeaway, etc.) and liaise with kitchen or management to restock.
- Support management in improving service, workflow and customer experience.
Job Specification
- Good customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Confident to direct a small team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
