Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the UK market in line with the company's overall business objectives.
- Proactively visit and develop relationships with channel partners, installers, EPCs and project owners, building long-term and sustainable partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including customer needs analysis, coordination of technical solutions, quotations, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and order follow-up.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical support, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution from solution design to delivery.
- Monitor and analyze local energy storage market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements, providing structured feedback to support sales and product strategy.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical workshops, and customer events to enhance brand and product visibility in the region.
- Regularly report on sales progress, pipeline status, and market insights to ensure clear execution and target alignment.
Qualifications:
- Relevant technical background in the energy storage industry, such as battery systems, PCS, inverters, or related solutions; experience in pre-sales, after-sales, technical support, or engineering roles is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of the sales process and a strong customer-centric mindset, with preferably some hands-on sales experience.
- Strong motivation for market development, with a willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions and coordinate internal resources to drive projects forward.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of regional responsibilities, and manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Strong teamwork, learning ability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Chinese & English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with residential, C&I, or utility-scale energy storage projects (BESS, microgrids, etc.).
- Familiarity with the renewable energy or energy storage market, with existing customer or partner networks.
