Day to day: You’ll be right at the heart of the business, partnering closely with managers and creatives across both the London and Dubai studios. You’ll act as the go-to person across everything people related, building trusted relationships quickly and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged and able to do their best work.
You’ll lead on recruitment across the business, helping to attract brilliant creative and commercial talent while ensuring candidates have a genuinely positive experience from first conversation through to offer and onboarding. Alongside this, you’ll support managers with everything from performance conversations and team development through to more complex ER matters, bringing a calm, practical and commercially minded approach.
You’ll also play a big part in shaping the wider employee experience, running performance and review cycles, supporting engagement initiatives, helping roll out leadership and development projects, and continuously looking at how processes, systems and ways of working can evolve as the business grows.
This is a role where no two days will look the same. One minute you might be supporting a leadership conversation, the next you could be hiring for a specialist creative role, improving onboarding, looking at people data in HiBob, or helping bring a new people initiative to life.
We are looking for someone who loves to make effective change and have fun along the way.
Who are you:
You will be someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-moving environment and has experience owning or leading a people function within an agency, studio or similarly evolving business. You’ll be confident handling ER matters and comfortable navigating the realities of a growing business, balancing employee experience with commercial thinking and sound judgement.
The right person will be able to build credibility quickly with both managers and leadership, acting as a trusted partner while still being hands-on day to day. They need someone who is naturally proactive, practical in their approach and happy switching between strategic people projects and the operational detail that keeps everything running smoothly.
Most importantly, they’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of the business, thrives in collaborative environments and is excited by the idea of helping shape culture, ways of working and the overall employee experience as the company continues to grow.
This is a role with real ownership and visibility, reporting into the Group Commercial Director and working closely with the leadership team.
