Part Time HR Business Partner – Creative HR Consultancy £45–50k FTE | 3 days a week | 6–9 month FTC

Saisei Talent are supporting the incredible team at hoomph HR Consultancy to find them their next HR Business Partner on an interim & part time basis. As they continue to expand following ongoing success across the creative, tech and gaming sectors, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager / Business Partner to support their client base as an Interim, part time HR Consultant.

More about the role:

The role at hoomph is a flexible, client facing position delivering HR Business Partner level support across a portfolio of organisations who value people over process every single time! You will partner with a selection of clients, supporting them across all areas of HR, from day to day advisory through to more complex people challenges. This is a 3 day a week role on an initial 6 month FTC, with the potential to extend to 9 months to cover maternity leave. With clients predominantly based across London, Cambridge and Reading, there will be some travel to client sites (typically once a week), alongside flexibility for remote working. You’ll be working closely with clients on the things that really matter, including ER, culture, leadership and change, helping to make HR feel less like a policy document and more like a conversation.

A bit about you:

You will be excited by working across multiple clients and environments, building strong relationships quickly and acting as a trusted advisor. You will have a strong background as a HR Generalist / HR Business Partner, confident in providing support across everything from policy to complex ER and change management. You will be a strong influencer, commercially minded and able to challenge where needed. You will bring a people first, solutions focused approach, always looking for practical and thoughtful ways to support clients. You will be up to date with employment law and confident advising across a range of scenarios. You will be calm, credible and able to build trust quickly, balancing warmth with clear boundaries.
