HR Administrator 12 month FTC – immediate start

West London

Hybrid working – 3 days on site

Saisei Talent are delighted to be supporting this incredible Media & Creative business based in west London to find them a brand new HR Operations Administrator on an initial 12 months fixed term contract basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a fantastic People team within a newly created HR Operations function.

As part of a growing team that is building a more centralised, consistent and people focused HR service, supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting into the HR Operations Manager and working closely with a wider people team, you will be supporting a well established and collaborative employee headcount of c.500 employees.

What will you be doing on a daily basis:

  • Coordinating interviews and supporting the recruitment process
  • Sending candidate communications and supporting offer paperwork
  • Drafting contracts and employee change letters
  • Supporting onboarding, right to work checks and new starter processes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and electronic files
  • Managing HR inbox queries in a timely and people focused way
  • Keeping payroll trackers updated and supporting monthly payroll reporting
  • Running HRIS reports and helping to maintain accurate employee data
  • Supporting benefits administration, including pensions, eye care vouchers, flu vaccinations and cycle to work
  • Producing regular absence and HR data reports for the wider People team
  • Helping to improve processes, systems and ways of working as the HR Operations function develops

What do we need from you:

  • Previous administration experience, with at least 6 months in an HR team
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, organised and reliable approach
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload with support from the wider team
  • Confidence working in a fast paced, collaborative HR environment
  • A people focused and respectful approach to handling employee queries
  • Good judgement and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • An interest in HR operations, systems, reporting and continuous improvement

This position will suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy People team, loves getting the detail right and wants to build their HR career in a supportive, evolving HR Operations function.
