  • You’ll lead on recruitment across the business, helping to attract brilliant creative and commercial talent while ensuring candidates have a genuinely positive experience from first conversation through to offer and onboarding.
  • Alongside this, you’ll support managers with everything from performance conversations and team development through to more complex ER matters, bringing a calm, practical and commercially minded approach.
  • You’ll also play a big part in shaping the wider employee experience, running performance and review cycles, supporting engagement initiatives, helping roll out leadership and development projects, and continuously looking at how processes, systems and ways of working can evolve as the business grows.
  • This is a role where no two days will look the same. One minute you might be supporting a leadership conversation, the next you could be hiring for a specialist creative role, improving onboarding, looking at people data in HiBob, or helping bring a new people initiative to life.

We are looking for someone who loves to make effective change and have fun along the way.

Who are you:

  • You will be someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-moving environment and has experience owning or leading a people function within an agency, studio or similarly evolving business.
