Head of HR, Europe – Luxury Retail – Permanent – Hybrid role – Salary £80k + 10% Bonus.

Saisei Talent have an incredible opportunity for an exceptional Head of HR for Europe to lead and elevate the people strategy across both retail and corporate teams within this global leading luxury fashion business.
The people are at the heart of everything – celebrating individuality, creativity, and passion. We are looking for a strategic, commercial, and hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment and has experience managing teams across multiple European markets.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the people strategy whilst working across multiple locations, including London, Paris, and Geneva.
Reporting to the People Director for EMEA you will have responsibility for multiple European locations and will manage small teams in both Paris & Geneva. Supporting an employee headcount of c130 employees, this position is based in the London HQ and will require quarterly travel to locations across Europe, UAE & India.
What we need from you:
🔹 Strategic HR Leadership – Partner with senior leadership to implement and drive an effective people strategy across Europe, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
🔹 Employee Relations & Compliance – Oversee complex ER cases, advising managers and ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions. Exposure and understanding of French & Swiss employment law would be amazing! However, a clear understanding of the differences in Eu employment law is essential.
🔹 Change Management & Organisational Design – Lead restructures, guide managers through change processes, and support business growth through strategic workforce planning.
🔹 Talent Development & Succession Planning – Identify and nurture talent, ensuring strong leadership pipelines and creating opportunities for career growth. Adopting an Attract, Retain and Develop mentality for the growth of the business.
🔹 Learning & Development – Drive the L&D strategy, conduct training needs analysis, and deliver impactful development programs across retail and corporate teams.
🔹 Recruitment & Employer Branding – Take ownership of senior-level appointments, develop recruitment strategies tailored to the luxury sector, and build a strong talent pipeline.
🔹 HR Operations & Reward – Oversee compensation structures, payroll budgets, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring a competitive and compliant approach across Europe.
🔹 Culture & Engagement – Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging work environment that reflects the brand values.
