Saisei Talent are delighted to be supporting the incredible team at Christian Louboutin to find them an experienced, people-driven Head of HR, Europe to lead the charge across the European teams — from the heart of the London HQ to the style capitals of Paris and Geneva, and into the iconic boutiques across the UK.

We need a visionary leader who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Someone commercial, sharp, and deeply passionate about people. And if you’ve got luxury retail running through your veins — even better.

🎯 What You’ll Own:

• Championing HR across Europe — from boutique to boardroom
• Leading and inspiring a brilliant HR team based in London, Paris & Geneva
• Driving high-impact people strategies across talent, ER, learning, reward & more
• Being a trusted partner to senior leaders on everything from growth to culture
• Taking the reins on complex ER cases, restructures and performance programs
• Rolling out engaging L&D initiatives that genuinely move the needle
• Leading senior recruitment and building talent pipelines for the future
• Being a key voice in global HR projects that influence the entire business

💡 We’re Looking For:

• Proven senior HR experience in a luxury retail or fashion setting
• A confident change-maker who’s not afraid to challenge the norm
• Strong European HR know-how — especially UK, France & Switzerland
• Fluent French and comfortable working across multiple cultures
• A natural coach and empowering leader with high emotional intelligence
• Hands-on and agile — able to switch from big picture to fine detail in a heartbeat
