This is an exciting opportunity for an established HR Manager who will be excited by the prospect of working in an established HR function, but with the autonomy to make changes across the business as they see areas for improvement.
As part of a global creative group with studios across London, New York, Sydney and Dubai, this is a business doing some seriously interesting work across brand, immersive experiences and creative technology. From large-scale experiential projects to visually led storytelling and creative campaigns, they partner with globally recognised brands to create work that people genuinely remember.
The environment is creative, collaborative and fast-moving, bringing together a mix of designers, producers, strategists, creatives and technical specialists who all work closely together to bring ideas to life. It’s a really exciting point in their journey, the business has grown quickly, continues to evolve, and they’re looking for someone who can come in and really shape the people experience as they move into the next phase of growth.
Supporting c.60 employees across London and Dubai, and partnering closely with leadership you will own the full employee lifecycle.
Day to day:
- You’ll be right at the heart of the business, partnering closely with managers and creatives across both the London and Dubai studios.
- You’ll act as the go-to person across everything people related, building trusted relationships quickly and creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged and able to do their best work.
- You’ll lead on recruitment across the business, helping to attract brilliant creative and commercial talent while ensuring candidates have a genuinely positive experience from first conversation through to offer and onboarding.
- Alongside this, you’ll support managers with everything from performance conversations and team development through to more complex ER matters, bringing a calm, practical and commercially minded approach.
- You’ll also play a big part in shaping the wider employee experience, running performance and review cycles, supporting engagement initiatives, helping roll out leadership and development projects, and continuously looking at how processes, systems and ways of working can evolve as the business grows.
- This is a role where no two days will look the same. One minute you might be supporting a leadership conversation, the next you could be hiring for a specialist creative role, improving onboarding, looking at people data in HiBob, or helping bring a new people initiative to life.

Who are you:
- You will be someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-moving environment and has experience owning or leading a people function within an agency, studio or similarly evolving business.
- You’ll be confident handling ER matters and comfortable navigating the realities of a growing business, balancing employee experience with commercial thinking and sound judgement.
- The right person will be able to build credibility quickly with both managers and leadership, acting as a trusted partner while still being hands-on day to day.
- They need someone who is naturally proactive, practical in their approach and happy switching between strategic people projects and the operational detail that keeps everything running smoothly.
- Most importantly, they’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of the business, thrives in collaborative environments and is excited by the idea of helping shape culture, ways of working and the overall employee experience as the company continues to grow.
This is a role with real ownership and visibility, reporting into the Group Commercial Director and working closely with the leadership team.
