HR Advisor Creative Media Business Gloucestershire Full time, permanent 5 days on site c. £40k + benefits

Saisei Talent are partnering with a distinctive creative media business to find an HR Advisor to support their Gloucestershire team. This isn’t a desk-based role tucked away from the action. You’ll be out in the business, working closely with teams, supporting managers, and becoming a trusted, go-to presence on site.

The role involves taking ownership of day-to-day HR across the Gloucestershire sites, partnering closely with managers and employees to keep things running smoothly and supporting a positive, practical working environment. It’s a role for someone who enjoys being present, approachable and involved, not sitting behind a screen all day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for HR support
  • Managing employee relations matters (absence, performance, sensitive cases)
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding and general people processes
  • Preparing contracts, policies and documentation
  • Keeping HR systems and records up to date
  • Leading meetings including disciplinaries, grievances and return to work discussions
  • Spotting ways to improve processes and keep things simple and effective

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid generalist HR experience
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident, approachable and able to build trust quickly
  • Practical, organised and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with HR systems and documentation
  • Happy being on site five days a week and travelling between locations
