We are hiring an Associate to join our Asset & Wealth Management Practice in Mayfair (Monday–Thursday in office).
The Opportunity
Our clients include global and boutique asset managers, wealth management firms, private banks, and asset owners such as pension funds and sovereign institutions. We operate exclusively on retained, high-impact mandates, advising on senior appointments across C-suite, C-1 and C-2 leadership roles, as well as Board and Non-Executive Director positions. This is not a siloed research role. You will work across the full lifecycle of executive search—shaping strategy, engaging senior talent, and delivering work directly to clients operating at the forefront of the investment industry.
A key part of how we work is the integration of advanced AI tools into our research and execution processes. We use AI to enhance market mapping, synthesise complex information, and produce sharper, insight-led outputs—while maintaining the judgement, discretion and precision expected in senior hiring.
The Role
- Designing and executing search strategies across asset and wealth management
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitive intelligence
- Using AI-enabled research tools to analyse markets, talent flows and leadership dynamics
- Engaging senior executives and building credible candidate relationships
- Producing high-quality, board-ready candidate reports and client materials
- Supporting client delivery through updates, briefings and interview processes
