Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint a Pastoral Assistant on a permanent basis at Saint Paul's Catholic High School. The role will be full-time for 35 hours per week on a term time only basis over 39 weeks a year. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide support to students through managed systems.
The main duties of the role are:
- To be the first point of contact for students attending the pastoral office, responding promptly and effectively to student needs.
- To support the progress leaders and all relevant staff in their dealings with students.
The successful candidate will:

- Be enthusiastic and motivated with an ability to inspire students.
- Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations.
- Be flexible, open to new ideas, committed to working as part of a team and of course have a good sense of humour.
