Salary: £30,737.71 per annum FTE pre‑probation, increasing to £32,595.27 per annum FTE pending successful completion of probation (45% of hours will be in unsocial hours)

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to work as an Operational Shift Coordinator with our Community based team in Harrogate and the Hambleton and Richmond area.
Main duties of the job:
- As an Operational Shift Coordinator, you will guide and inspire a team, contribute to service development, and provide high‑quality, person‑centred care.
- The role is community‑based throughout Harrogate and Hambleton and Richmond, requiring access to your own vehicle and a current driving licence.
- Provide on‑shift leadership, management and coordination of our Home HCAs, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to patients and their families.
- Combine clinical coordination with operational responsibilities, including weekend leadership, participation in a 24/7 rota and involvement in the organisation's escalation/on‑call system.
- Support service development, promote clinical excellence, and work collaboratively across the community.
