Do you want to be part of an organisation that makes a real difference to our local communities? As Assistant Furniture & eCommerce Manager, you’ll support the Furniture & eCommerce Manager in delivering two vital income-generating retail functions: our Furniture Store (including van operations) and our charity eCommerce activity.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help drive day-to-day operational excellence, support commercial performance, and ensure high standards of customer service, stock management and compliance across both areas. Acting as a key deputy when required, you’ll help ensure seamless working between furniture retail, logistics and online sales.
You’ll lead from the front, supporting staff and volunteers, managing stock flow, and contributing to meeting operational and commercial targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys making a visible impact.
