About the role
The Retail Support Assistant will provide flexible cover in the absence of the Shop Manager or Assistant Manager, helping ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. This role supports the day‑to‑day running of the shop, maintaining high standards of customer service, stock management, visual merchandising, and volunteer engagement.
