Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to lead and scale our creator, ambassador, and influencer programs. This role is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and content creators to drive brand awareness, community growth, content production, and revenue. The ideal candidate understands creator marketing deeply, has strong relationship management skills, and knows how to build high-performing ambassador ecosystems for e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale influencer and ambassador programs across both brands
- Source and recruit high-quality influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and creators
- Manage outreach, onboarding, negotiations, gifting, and relationship development
- Coordinate product seeding and campaign execution for launches and collections
- Track creator deliverables and ensure content is delivered on time
- Manage affiliate links, discount codes, and ambassador performance tracking
- Build strong relationships with top-performing creators for long-term retention
- Coordinate creator whitelisting opportunities and paid partnerships where relevant
- Work closely with content, paid media, and marketing teams to maximize creator output
Reporting & Analytics
- Track revenue generated by influencers and ambassadors
- Report on creator performance, affiliate sales, and campaign ROI
- Analyze content output, engagement, and top-performing creators
- Maintain ambassador dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency, retention, and profitability
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, ambassador management, or affiliate marketing
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems
- Experience managing influencer campaigns for e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for fashion, community building, and internet culture preferred
