Saint Kaizen is a Christianity X Gym brand built on faith, discipline, and purpose. Also expanding into the lifestyle niche. With a strong and fast-growing community, Saint Kaizen has become a leading name in faith-driven apparel. Both brands are community-first, drop-driven, and built around high-impact product launches.
Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to lead the design and development of upcoming collections across both Invicta Kuru and Saint Kaizen. We need someone who understands garments and design elements within a niche. You will be responsible for designing collections from concept to final production-ready tech packs, bringing strong ideas to life while ensuring every piece aligns with the vision of each brand.
You must have a strong eye for design, understand current fashion and streetwear trends.
- Collection Development:
- Design full collections across both brands
- Research trends, references, and inspiration for upcoming drops
- Develop strong concepts that align with each brand identity
- Create cohesive collections, not just individual pieces
- Design hoodies, tees, joggers, outerwear, accessories, bags, caps, and more
- Develop silhouettes, cuts, fits, washes, trims, embroidery, and details
- Create detailed tech packs ready for production
- Review samples and make revisions for fit, quality, and finish
- Ensure final products match the original design vision
- Understand what products perform best and why
- Help guide product decisions based on customer demand and market trends
- Contribute new ideas that improve future drops and product categories
You must have:
- Strong experience in fashion or apparel product design
- Experience designing for streetwear, lifestyle, or performance apparel
- Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, fits, and garment finishing
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong independent thinking and problem-solving
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with anime-inspired, faith-based, or niche community brands
- Experience working with drop-based ecommerce brands
