Position:
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Content Team Lead to take ownership of our content production across both brands. We need someone who can take ideas from concept to execution and someone who understands how to bring collections to life visually and create campaigns that feel powerful, intentional, and built to perform.
You will be responsible for leading the full content process for upcoming drops, from collection research and creative direction to organising and leading photoshoots, coordinating videographers, models, and locations, ensuring every campaign is executed at a high level and meeting deadlines.
- Creative Direction
- Research and develop creative direction for every upcoming collection/drop
- Build moodboards, concepts, and visual references for campaigns
- Understand the story behind each collection and translate it into content
- Bring new ideas and concepts that push both brands forward
- Photoshoot Leadership
- Lead every photoshoot from start to finish
- Plan and organise all shoot logistics
- Source and coordinate videographers, photographers, and editors
- Organise models, locations, props, and shoot schedules
- Ensure content output is aligned with campaign goals
- Campaign Execution
- Work closely with the creative strategist and marketing team
- Ensure all content is delivered on time for launches
- Maintain strong deadlines across all upcoming drops
- Review content quality and make sure execution meets brand standards
- Team Management
- Oversee the content production process across both brands
- Keep all moving parts organised and efficient
- Ensure smooth communication between creators, editors, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
You must have:
- Strong creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling
- Experience leading content production and photoshoots
- Ability to organise and manage multiple moving parts
- Experience working with videographers, photographers, and models
- Strong understanding of social-first content and campaign execution
- Ability to research trends and turn ideas into strong campaigns
- Fast execution and strong attention to detail
Bonus if you have:
